Analysis
Vendor-published indexing claims
Published · By IndexChex
In brief
Backlink indexer vendors publish speed and indexing claims that use different events and windows: bot visits in seconds, crawls within hours, indexing within 24 or 72 hours, or reports at day 7. Only Rapid URL Indexer and IndexMeNow publish a numeric indexing rate. Without matching windows and denominators the claims cannot be ranked against each other.
The claims
The table records each vendor's published speed or indexing claim, the exact wording, which event it describes and the window it uses. "Not published" means no figure was found on the pages checked.
| Vendor | Published claim (quoted) | Event | Window | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rapid URL Indexer (Standard) | "most enter Google's index within 6 to 24 hours" | Index | 6 to 24 hours | rapidurlindexer.com |
| Rapid URL Indexer (Apex) | "Apex Mode gets those URLs into Google's index in about 5 minutes" | Index | About 5 minutes | rapidurlindexer.com |
| Rapid URL Indexer | "achieve an average indexing rate of 91%" | Index rate | Not stated in quote; refunds after 14 days | pricing |
| SpeedyIndex | "Within 48 to 72h you see first results. Indexation continues to grow over the 7-day window." | Index | 48 to 72 hours first results; 7 days | en.speedyindex.com |

| IndexMeNow | "60% of URLs are indexed in just 24h" | Index rate | 24 hours | indexmenow.com |
| IndexMeNow | "On average 80% of pages indexed in 72h" | Index rate | 72 hours | indexmenow.com |
| Indexceptional | "crawler activity within hours of submission and visible discovery within a few days" | Crawl, then discovery | Hours; a few days | indexceptional.com |
| GigaIndexer | "median bot-hit 47 sec" | Bot visit | 47 seconds (median) | gigaindexer.com |
| GigaIndexer | "72 Hour Turn Around" | Unspecified | 72 hours | credits |

| Speed-Links (SEQ) | "Instant link processing. No dripfeed, no waiting." | Processing | Instant (undefined) | speed-links.net |
| Speed-Links (Regular) | "Usually after 20-30 days from 100% progress most links appear in Google index." | Index | 20 to 30 days after processing | speed-links.net |
Some quotes have had typographic dashes normalized; wording is otherwise as published.

| Mode | Claim | Event | Window | Basis |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Both | Under 2 minutes average to first Googlebot crawl | Crawl | Average time | IndexChex weekly measurement, recurring URL sets, Oct 2026 |
| Instant | 95%+ indexed | Index rate | 5 to 10 minutes | Same |

Details of how these are collected are on the methodology page, and the current figures are on the weekly benchmark. The IndexChex page describes the product.
Refund windows as implicit claims
Refund policies define their own window, because a vendor that refunds unindexed URLs after N days is effectively measuring at day N.
| Vendor | Refund window | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Rapid URL Indexer | Credits refunded for links not indexed after 14 days (Standard) | pricing |
| SpeedyIndex | Tokens returned for URLs not indexed within 7 days | en.speedyindex.com |
| Omega Indexer | Refund for links not indexed within 24 hours | FAQ |
| IndexMeNow | Full refund if not indexed after 10 days | indexmenow.com |
| IndexChex | No refund for unindexed URLs; crawling is guaranteed, indexing is not | refund policy |
Why the claims can't be ranked
Different events
The table mixes four distinct events: a bot visit, a crawl, index inclusion, and an unspecified "turnaround" or "processing." A 47-second bot hit and a 24-hour indexing window are not two points on one scale. The first is comparable to IndexChex's time-to-first-crawl figure; the second is comparable to an indexing window. See crawl-to-index lag for why those differ by hours.
Different windows
Even among indexing claims, windows range from about 5 minutes to 30 days. Indexing accumulates over days, so a rate taken at 72 hours will tend to be higher than one taken at 24 hours for the same URLs. IndexMeNow's own pair of figures (60% at 24 hours, 80% at 72 hours) illustrates the effect within one vendor.
Unknown denominators
No vendor in the table publishes which URLs enter the denominator: all submissions, reachable URLs only, or URLs the vendor considers indexable. Excluding hard cases can lift a rate considerably. IndexChex's published basis is weekly measurement on recurring URL sets; it does not publish more detail than that, and this page does not add any.
Different URL mixes
A vendor whose customers submit mostly fresh blog posts will report higher rates than one whose customers submit profile links and directory pages. The factors behind rate variation apply to every figure above.
Self-reported
Every number here, including IndexChex's, is published by the party selling the service. Readers who need a comparable figure should run one test across tools with the same URLs, window and checker, as described in benchmark your own indexer. The claims checklist gives the questions to ask of any single figure. For prices on a matched basis, see the comparison table.
FAQ
Which backlink indexers publish an indexing rate?
Of the nine competitors checked on 2026-10-08, Rapid URL Indexer (91% average) and IndexMeNow (60% in 24 hours, 80% in 72 hours on average) publish numeric indexing rates. IndexChex publishes its own measured averages.
Is a 47-second bot hit faster indexing than a 24-hour claim?
Not necessarily. A bot hit is a crawl event; a 24-hour claim is about indexing. They measure different stages.
Are these figures independently verified?
No. They are the vendors' own published statements, quoted as published. This page records what each vendor says, not whether it is true.
